It's up to the community today to ensure that the growth of tomorrow will sustain the Castroville everyone knows and loves.
This Building Block Project includes an update to the Comprehensive Plan, an updated Downtown Plan, and a Unified Development Code.
Updated documents, with all recent changes incorporated, have now been posted as of Monday, April 14th.
